DE LA PROHIBICION DE DESIGNAR FAMILIARES. Las Juntas o Consejos Directivos y los Gerentes o Directores no podrán designar como empleados de la respectiva entidad a los cónyuges de estos, de sus electores o de los miembros de aquellas ni a quienes tengan parentesco dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad, segundo de afinidad o primero civil con dichos Gerentes, cónyuges, electores o miembros.
