Posterior a la audiencia de acusación y hasta el momento en que sea interrogado el acusado al inicio del juicio oral sobre la aceptación de su responsabilidad, el fiscal y el acusado podrán realizar preacuerdos en los términos previstos en el artículo anterior.
Cuando los preacuerdos se realizaren en este ámbito procesal, la pena imponible se reducirá hasta en una tercera parte.
