Modifíquese el artículo 1º del Decreto 247 del 7 de febrero de 2005 así: Adscribir a la circunscripción del Consulado Honorario de Colombia en Curitiba, República Federativa del Brasil, el Estado de Tocantins. La circunscripción quedará así: Consulado Honorario en Curitiba con circunscripción en los Estados de Paraná, Mato Grosso del Sur, Santa Catarina y Tocantins.
