Art. 2.° El Poder Ejecutivo puede disponer, para celebrar este arreglo, de cualquiera de los otros edificios que la Nación tiene en la capital de la República para cederlo en propiedad al Seminario consiliar, i hasta de veinte mil pesos ($ 20,000) que se tendrán por incluidos para el efecto en el Presupuesto de gastos de la próxima vijencia económica.
