Cuando se niegue de manera definitiva la autorización o la aprobación de los estatutos, en la misma resolución se dispondrá que por el tesorero provisional se devuelvan a los fundadores y suscritores los fondos o aportes de cualquier clase que se hubieren reunido con destino a la sociedad. La junta de vigilancia y el gerente provisionales estarán obligados a hacer efectiva la devolución a los interesados; y el Superintendente de Cooperativas velará porque ella se lleva a cabo sin demora, imponiendo multas si fuere el caso para corregir cualquiera irregularidad que se presente al respecto.
