Del comité de personal . El Comité de Personal estará integrado por los siguientes funcionarios: - Un Delegado del Contralor General de la República quien lo presidirá: - El Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica; - Un representante de los Empleados de la Contraloría, designado de acuerdo a la reglamentación que expida el Contralor General de la República.

Parágrafo

Actuará como Secretario del Comité el Director General de Administración de Personal.
