Modifícase el inciso 1° del artículo 15 del Decreto número 380 de 2012, el cual quedará así: "Las Sociedades de Comercialización Internacional que a la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto ya se encuentren inscritas, deberán adelantar el trámite de homologación cumpliendo los requisitos previstos en este decreto, dentro de los nueve (9) meses siguientes a su vigencia".
