El Incomex expedirá certificados de exportación o un documento equivalente por el 70% del cupo total a que se refiere el artículo primero del presente Decreto, y expedirá además certificados de origen que amparen la totalidad de los embarques de dicho cupo. Para el cupo individual de cada exportador, se expedirán tales documentos en las mismas proporciones señaladas anteriormente.
