Artículo primero. A partir de la vigencia del presenté Decreto prohíbese colocar en las oficinas públicas retratos del Presidente de la República p de otras funcionario públicos, lo mismo que cualquier grabado o leyenda que directa o indirectamente pueda interpretarse como homenaje de los títulos o empleados de dichas oficinas al primer mandatario de la Nación o a dichos funcionarios. En las oficinas públicas solamente podrán colocarse efigies de próceres o, cuando así lo haya dispuesto la ley la de personas ilustres desaparecidas.
