De la apropiación presupuesta . El Gobierno Nacional apropiará anualmente en el Presupuesto a favor del Instituto de Seguros Sociales, las partidas qué demanden el servicio y la amortización de los bonos a que se refieren el, numeral 1 de la letra C) del ordinal III del artículo 117 y el artículo 128 de este Decreto.
