ARTICULO 2.4.5.3.2 .- RECURSOS ADICIONALES. Adicionalmente la Financiera Energética Nacional S. A., FEN, contará, entre otros, con los siguientes recursos

Los provenientes de la colocación de títulos valores en el mercado nacional

La colocación de títulos valores en el mercado externo, y

Los empréstitos internos o externos que contrate.

Parágrafo

- El Gobierno Nacional podrá ordenar a las entidades del sector energético del orden nacional y a otras entidades públicas nacionales, previo concepto del Conpes, efectuar inversiones en títulos valores emitidos por la Financiera Energética Nacional S. A., FEN, en las condiciones financieras de los títulos valores emitidos para captar ahorro privado. CAPITULO IV. DE LAS OPERACIONES
