El producto de los impuestos recaudados por mandato de la presente Ley en el Distrito Especial de Bogotá será entregado a éste, y el Concejo Distrital deberá distribuirlo entre las instituciones asistenciales y hospitalarias sin ánimo de lucro que en su territorio funcionen, con sujeción estricta a los planes que establezca el Ministerio de Salud Pública, y destinará no menos del sesenta y cinco por ciento (65%) a las instituciones hospitalarias.
