°. Publicación y perfeccionamiento. Las resoluciones administrativas que formalicen la titularidad, una vez en firme, deberán publicarse en el Diario Oficial dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a su firmeza y deberán ser inscritas en la Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos competente, dentro de los treinta (30) días hábiles siguientes a su expedición.
