ARTICULO ÚNICO. El artículo 38 del decreto N° 59 de 1938, quedará así: El Gobierno por medio de providencias especiales para cada caso, o de disposiciones de carácter general, y previo estudio técnico que acredite la necesidad de conservar los bosques o florestas para asegurar la permanencia del régimen de las aguas, señalará zonas distintas de las indicadas en el artículo 36, en las cuales sólo podrán hacerse desmontes en las condiciones que el Gobierno determine.
