Voto en blanco es el que no contiene nombre alguno o expresamente dice que se emite en blanco. El voto en blanco se tendrá en cuenta para obtener el cuociente electoral. El voto ilegible es voto nulo. (Modificado según ART 29 Ley 96 DE 1985 .)
