Títulos Obtenidos Con Anterioridad Al 9 De Abril De 1996

Títulos obtenidos con anterioridad al 9 de abril de 1996.Los títulos obtenidos con anterioridad al 9 de abril de 1996, que no se hubieren registrado en las secretarías de educación, según lo establecían normas anteriores, deberán registrarse en las respectivas instituciones de educación superior.

Parágrafo

Las secretarías de educación seguirán expidiendo las certificaciones de los registros de títulos que aparezcan en sus archivos, pero podrán convenir con las instituciones de educación superior, el envío de tales antecedentes para que éstas asuman la responsabilidad de expedir dichas certificaciones.
