En las intervenciones múltiples por igual patología, que practique un mismo cirujano en un acto e igual vía de acceso, los servicios profesionales de éste, anestesiólogo y ayudantía quirúrgica, únicamente se reconocerán con el ciento por ciento (100%) de la tarifa establecida para cada profesional, de acuerdo con el grupo quirúrgico que corresponda a la intervención mayor realizada.
