Publicidad de Acuerdos de Reestructuración. Para los efectos de la publicidad de la promoción de los acuerdos de reestructuración, el escrito que, de conformidad con el artículo 11 de la Ley 550 de 1999 se fija en las oficinas de la respectiva entidad nominadora para informar acerca de la promoción de un acuerdo, no requiere de ninguna notificación o aviso adicional, distintos de la inscripción en el registro mercantil y de la publicación en un diario de amplia circulación previstos en ese mismo artículo.
