Informes del Contralor . El Contralor General del Departamento deberá presentar a más tardar el 31 de mayo al gobierno, un informe de aproximación sobre las operaciones financieras del departamento y sobre la ejecu ción del presupuesto en el ejercicio fiscal inmediatamente anterior, acompañado de los análisis demostrativos de la situación fiscal al cerrar dicho ejercicio y el informe definitivo antes del 1º de julio. Si el Contralor del Departamento no presentare el informe definitivo, la Secretaría de Hacienda procederá a elaborar el cálculo de las rentas para el año siguiente, con base en el informe de aproximación complementado con sus propias estadísticas.
