Pago de las indemnizaciones. Las indemnizaciones deberán ser canceladas dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes a la ejecutoria del acto administrativo de la liquidación de las mismas, el cual debe expedirse dentro de los treinta (30) días calendario siguientes a la desvinculación del funcionario. En caso de retardo en el pago se causarán intereses a favor del funcionario retirado, equivalente a la tasa variable DTF que señale el Banco de la República, a partir de la fecha de ejecutoria del acto de liquidación.
