Artículo cuarto. El Director del Departamento de Asistencia Pública y Previsión Social determinará las funciones de cada una de las secciones en que se divide el Departamento, y .su personal, asignaciones y actividades, serán las señaladas en el artículo 31, y ordinal j) del articulo 39 del Decreto número 25 de 9 de enero de 1947.
