La División de Extranjería del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad ordenará mediante resolución motivada, con base en el informativo adelantado por la Sección de Investigaciones, la expulsión del territorio nacional de los extranjeros incursos en alguna de las causales establecidas en el artículo anterior. Contra esta providencia procederán los recursos de la vía gubernativa, los que se concederán en el efecto suspensivo y podrán interponerse dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a su notificación.
