ARTICULO 111. Menoscabo de la integridad nacional. El que realice actos que tiendan a menoscabar la integridad territorial de la República, a someterla en todo o en parte al dominio extranjero, a afectar su naturaleza de Estado Soberano, o a fraccionar la unidad nacional, incurrirá en prisión de veinte a treinta años.
