Verificación. El Ministerio del Trabajo realizará la verificación del cumplimiento del plan de mejoramiento mediante criterios objetivos y verificables.

Parágrafo

El o los querellantes, los trabajadores y las organizaciones sindicales interesadas podrán realizar observaciones y recomendaciones al Ministerio del Trabajo acerca del cumplimiento o incumplimiento del plan de mejoramiento, al cual tendrán acceso a través de la página web de dicha entidad.
