El personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales en actividad tendrá derecho a que el Gobierno, para ellos y sus esposas e hijos menores de edad, suministre atención quirúrgica, servicios odontológicos, hospitalarios y demás prestaciones sanitarias, ya sea en clínicas u hospitales militares o por medio de contratos con establecimientos especializados, en aquellos lugares donde exista guarnición militar.
