Artículo primero. Créase un Cuerpo de Policía denominado "Transportes y Tarifas", dependiente de la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, compuesto de cien individuos de tropa y cuatro Subcomisarios, con asignación mensual igual a las respectivas jerarquías en la Policía Nacional, cuyos gastos serán de cargo de los respectivos Departamentos, de acuerdo con las disposiciones en que se funda este Decreto.
