El extranjero que haya sido deportado solo podrá ingresar al territorio nacional una vez transcurrido el término de la sanción que establezca la resolución respectiva, que no debe ser inferior a seis (6) meses ni superior a diez (10) años, previa expedición de la visa otorgada por las Oficinas Consulares de la República.
