Representación y participación de las partes interesadas. En el desarrollo de la investigación antidumping sólo podrán intervenir en las diferentes etapas procedimentales, presentar comunicaciones y en general actuar en representación de las partes interesadas, quienes se encuentren autorizados para ello y acrediten la calidad en la que actúan. Toda comunicación recibida por personas no autorizadas o a nombre de terceros se tendrá por no allegada. Las intervenciones orales que se realicen en las audiencias públicas entre intervinientes se regirán de conformidad con la Circular de que trata el
