Liquidación de Rentas de destinación específica. Las liquidaciones de las rentas de destinación específica de que tratan los numerales 2 y 3 del artículo 359 de la Constitución Política, se harán efectivas una vez descontadas las transferencias territoriales de que tratan los artículos 356 y 357 de la Constitución Política, en los términos establecidos en el artículo 7° de la Ley 225 de 1995.
