° El curso de que trata el artículo 9° del Decreto-ley 1123 de 1942, comprende las siguientes asignaturas: a). Organización Militar d). Conocimiento del Servicio y reglamentos militares régimen interno de los Cuerpos de tropa; Régimen Disciplinarios, régimen de guarnición y Tribunales de Honor); c). Servicio de informaciones y cliptografía; d). Nociones de Administración Militar; e). El Derecho Militar (Administrativo, Penal, Procedimiental e Internacional); f). Servicio de Estado Mayor. g).

Parágrafo

El Estado Mayor General elaborará los programas correspondientes a este pensum de estudios y determinará la manera de hacer efectivos estos cursos.
