°. Límite de gastos . En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 25 de la Ley 1450 de 2011, los gastos anuales de administración del fondo a los que se refieren el artículo anterior, no podrán superar el equivalente al 8% de los rendimientos financieros que arroje la administración de sus recursos durante el mismo periodo de tiempo.
