Cuando el beneficiado con la condena de ejecución condicional le hubiere sido imposible cumplir con la obligación de indemnizar los perjuicios dentro del término señalado, el Juez de ejecución de penas y medidas de seguridad, a petición justificada, podrá prorrogar el plazo por una sola vez; si no cumpliere se ejecutará la condena.
