Deróganse los Títulos I Y II, el inciso c) del artículo 238, los artículos 274 y 275 del capítulo III, Título y, Libro 3°. del Código Fiscal y la Ley 119 de 1914 , pero los vales del Tesoro emitidos hasta la fecha de la sanción de esta Ley, y que están en circulación, continuarán recibiéndose hasta su completa amortización, en el 10 por 100 de las rentas y contribuciones nacionales.
