Art. 6.° Una vez propuesto por el miembro de la Comisión de suministros, empréstitos y expropiaciones el proyecto de resolución final de un asunto pasado á su estudio, dicha Comisión tendrá el deber de resolver acerca de dicho proyecto en un término no mayor de veinte días contados desde su presentación.
