Articulo 2º. El Rector de la Universidad, mediante Resolución, distribuirá los cargos a que se refiere el artículo 1°de este Decreto y ubicará el personal de acuerdo con la estructura interna, planes y programas, adoptados con fundamento en las necesidades del servicio.
