° Suboficiales de los servicios. Son Suboficiales de los servicios aquellos que por poseer títulos o certificados de idoneidad sean escalafonados en la carrera policial para colaborar con los Oficiales en el cumplimiento de funciones administrativas, científicas o técnicas en las especialidades generales de armamento, sanidad, transmisiones, transportes remonta y veterinaria, administración y demás que determine el Gobierno, si fuere necesario.

Parágrafo

Los títulos o certificados de idoneidad de que trata el presente artículo, deberán referirse a estudios o cursos cuya duración no sea inferior a un (1) año.
