Protección de los recursos del SGSSS. La ADRES adoptará los mecanismos que garanticen la protección de los recursos, con el fin de evitar fraudes y pagos indebidos.

En los trámites de cobro o reclamación ante la ADRES no se aceptarán intermediarios, salvo los casos de poder debidamente otorgado y reconocido a profesionales del derecho.

Los giros o pagos siempre se efectuarán mediante mecanismos electrónicos directamente al beneficiario debidamente identificado y localizado.
