º. Las plantas de personal creadas en los artículos segundo y tercero del presente Decreto serán asumidas presupuestalmente con los recursos que le corresponden al Instituto Electrónico de Idiomas y a la Junta Central de Contadores del presupuesto del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
