El procedimiento dispuesto en la presente ley es de ejecución inmediata. Los procesos sancionatorios ambientales en los que se hayan formulado cargos al entrar en vigencia la presente ley, continuarán hasta su culminación con el procedimiento del Decreto 1594 de 1984.
