Autorizase a sí mismo al Gobierno para que cuando las necesidades y circunstancias de las regiones donde se hallan acantonadas las Secciones de Policía Nacional, Gendarmería y Fronteras, lo exijan, pueda cambiar los lugares de acantonamiento aumentando o disminuyendo, según el caso, el número de Agentes de cada Sección, dentro de las partidas señaladas en el artículo 1° de la Ley 6° del año en curso.
