Apruébase la Convención adicional al Tratado de límites entre Colombia y el Ecuador de 24 de Mayo de 1908, suscrita el 21 de Julio del mismo año por su Excelencia el señor doctor don Francisco José Urrutia, Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de Colombia, y su Excelencia el señor General don Julio Andrade, Enviado Extraordinario y Ministro Plenipotenciario del Ecuador.
