Articulo 79. Estos Estatutos podrán ser reformados por resolución de la Junta Directiva, adoptada en dos debates, que habrán de efectuarse en semanas distintas. En el ultimo debate, la reforma deberá ser aprobada por cuatro votos acordes, por lo menos. Las reformas así adoptadas serán sometidas a la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional, y las actas correspondientes, llenado este requisito, se protocolizaran por el Gerente en una Notaria de Bogotá.
