Las prestaciones que según esta Ley quedan a cargo del Tesoro Público, se regulan por medio de Resoluciones dictadas por el Ministerio de Guerra. El reconocimiento de asignación de retiro y demás prestaciones que corresponda a la Caja de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares, se hace por medio de acuerdos, de la Caja, aprobados por el Ministerio de Guerra.
