amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 237 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 237. Las Direcciones Departamentales, Distrital, Intendenciales y Comisariales de Tránsito o las dependencias que hagan sus veces, conocerán en segunda instancia de los procesos de que conocerán en primera instancia las autoridades enumeradas en el artículo anterior.
