Respuesta al mantenimiento de emergencias. En caso de alteración o interrupción de las condiciones normales de funcionamiento de la infraestructura de transporte, que tengan como causa un evento de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito, se deberá dar respuesta teniendo en cuenta los protocolos de cada entidad pública, así como la distribución de obligaciones y responsabilidades que se hayan determinado contractualmente, conforme la normativa vigente.
