º INTERMEDIACION FINANCIERA. Los organismos cooperativos de segundo grado e instituciones auxiliares del cooperativismo de carácter financiero serán intermediarios financieros en tre sus cooperativas afiliadas y entre éstas y el Banco de la República para la canalización de los recursos de descuento.
