º . Los pagos en exceso por concepto de impuesto de renta, remesas o ganancias ocasionales, regulados en este decreto y demostrados en la declaración de renta del año o periodo gravable correspondiente, serán devueltos o compensados al contribuyente, de conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes.
