Artículo vigesimocuarto . Los organismos universitarios de que trata el presente Decreto, deben quedar constituidos, en un tiempo no mayor de tres (3) meses contados a partir de su vigencia. Los períodos comenzarán a contarse, por la primera vez, a partir de la fecha de instalación de la corporación respectiva.
