El Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Social podrá fijar a las empresas extranjeras del sector de productos básicos tratamientos diferentes a los previstos en el artículo 37 del Capítulo II del Deceto-ley 1900 de 1973, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el artículo 40 de la misma disposición.
