° Los Contadores de las Unidades seguirán descontando de los haberes de los miembros de ellas el valor de las hospitalidades que causen, de acuerdo con el artículo 2.° del Decreto mencionado; remitirán mensualmente al Ministerio una relación duplicada de las estancias y de los descuentos hechos, y consignarán el importe de éstos en la Contaduría Mayor. La misma Contaduría deducirá de la cuenta o libranza que formule, las sumas que reciba de los Contadores, en calidad de reintegro.
